Lay Offerings at Her Feet
"My medium is pastel and my work is essentially figurative. But my
influences come from many places: travel, myth, literature, old movies,
documentaries."
Carol
Doenecke received her BFA from the School of the Art Institute
of Chicago in 1964. But it was not until 1979 that she began
to paint seriously. Since then, she has received many awards
